The TCI National Insurance Board Team is currently looking for candidates to fill the positions of:

1.Compliance Officer
This position will be based at our Providenciales Branch Office.
Qualification & Experience
This position requires an Associate Degree and two years on the job experience. Additionally, the position requires generalized knowledge of:
- Computing
- Customer Relations
- Audit Investigations
- Communication
Job Duties
- Assisting with the analysis of arrears reports
- Conducting of surveys to determine compliance levels
- Conducting investigations to ensure contributions are current
- Inspecting incident books
- Recording and reporting daily findings
- Serving noncompliance notices and warning letters
- Assisting with the preparation of case files for prosecution of noncompliant entities and individuals
- Attending court to represent the Board’s interests when required
- Inspecting wage books to ensure accurate payments are being made
- Visiting noncompliant contributors or those in arrears to encourage them to bring payments up to date
- Assisting with the investigation of benefit claims, missing numbers and invalid dates of births
Remuneration
Salary is in the Salary Range $30,001-
$40,000 Grade 4 and will be determined based on qualification and experience.
2.Data Entry Clerk/Analyst
The three positions will be based at our Providenciales Branch Office for a period of one year.
Qualification & Experience
This position requires a minimum of five
(5) CXC/ GCE passes inclusive of Mathematics and English Language. The experience should cover:
- Filing systems
- Customer Relations
- Communication
Job Duties
- Posting of monthly contribution statements.
- Scanning of contribution statements
- Assist the Project Leader with unidentified bank deposits
Remuneration
Salary is in the Salary Range $18,000-
$30,000 Grade 1 and will be determined based on qualification and experience.
3.Temporary Data Entry Clerk
The three positions are based at our Providenciales Branch Office and caters to students for summer employment for an initial period of 6 months.
Qualification & Experience
This position requires a minimum of five
(5) CXC/ GCE passes inclusive of Mathematics and English Language. The experience should cover:
- Filing systems
- Customer Relations
- Communication

- Scanning of contribution statements
- Filing of monthly contribution statements, registration forms, termination and cessation forms.

Renumeration
Salary is in the Salary Range
$18,000-$30,000 Grade 1 and will be determined based on qualification and experience.
