Integrated Information Systems Project for Shared Services Environment
About the role
• Responsible to ensure effective and efficient day to day implementation of the project in partnership with the MIS Manager, the vendor and NIB CEO.
• Ensure the functioning of the project from beginning to the end including project inception activities, annual and quarterly planning and reporting, and implementation of project activities, project reviews and project closure.
• Responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering agile projects that provide exceptional business value to users.
Minimum Requirement
• University degree with strong knowledge in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology Project Management or related fields; • PMP required. Minimum of 8 years of project management experience managing multiple vendors and stakeholders for large scale systems development projects.
• Candidates with 5+ years’ experience managing financial application, insurance or social insurance application projects have an added advantage.
• A proven track record of successfully implementing similar project scope.

Duration
12 months (Contract)
Duty Station
Work remotely and from the NIB’s offices when required.
Supervision
The Project Manager reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer of NIB.
Compensation
The compensation commensurate with experience.
