The TCI National Insurance Board Team is currently looking for candidates to fill the positions of:

3 Temporary Data Entry Clerks
1 Driver/Messenger
1 Filing Clerk

Data Entry Clerk
This is an administrative and support position which has front line responsibility for assisting customers and clients with all financial/contribution transactions.
All three positions are based at our Providenciales Branch Office.

Qualifications & Experience
This position requires a minimum of five (5) CXC/ GCE passes inclusive of Mathematics and English Language. The experience should cover:
- Filing systems
- Customer Relations
- Communications

Job Duties
- Posting of monthly contribution statements.
- Scanning of contribution statements
- Filing of monthly contribution statements, registration forms, termination and cessation forms.
- Scanning of contribution statements, registration forms, termination and cessation forms

Renumeration
Salary is in the Salary Range $18,000-$30,000 Grade 2 and will be determined based on qualifications and experience.

 

Driver/Messenger
This is also an administrative position which provides support and assistance to the internal operations.
The position is based at our Providenciales Branch Office.

Qualifications & Experience
- This position requires three (3) CXC/GCE subjects.
- Two (2) years on the job experience
- Communications
- Customer Relations
- Valid Driver License C & E

Job Duties
- Ensuring that the vehicle is regularly serviced
- Checking gas bills and ensuring that receipts are signed and accurate
- Chauffeuring Board and staff members to meetings and appointments
- Picking up NIB visitors at airports and hotels and ensuring they arrive at their destinations in a timely manner
- Delivering both confidential and regular mail and packages
- Purchasing office supplies when required
- Assisting in the photocopying of office documents for distribution to the general public
- Filing documents when required
- Ensuring that the vehicle is cleaned and presentable at all times
- Picking up meals from caterers and restaurants for meetings and conferences

Renumeration
Salary is in the Salary Range $18,000-$30,000 Grade 1 and will be determined based on qualifications and experience.

 

Filing Clerk
This is an administrative and support position which has responsibility for organizing and managing the NIB filing system.

This position is based at the Grand Turk Head Office.
Job Duties
- Filing of monthly contribution statements, registration forms, termination and cessation forms.
- Filing of Benefit Forms
- Scanning of contribution statements, registration forms, termination and cessation forms

Renumeration
Salary is in the Salary Range $18,000-$30,000 Grade 1 and will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
