ACCESSING FORM - Log on to https://www.tcinib.tc/ scroll to the bottom of the home page and click download forms. Under the list of forms, select the type of registration form you require.
COMPLETING FORM - All information relevant to the respective registrant MUST be provided on the form, and the form MUST be signed, dated and accompanied by the biometric page of the registrant’s passport and legal status document.
