The National Insurance Board announces the appointment of Ms. Grethen Been to the post of Claims Adjudicator II effective September 1, 2021. Ms. Been has been with the institution for 20 years. Throughout her employment, she has served in various capacities, the most recent being Customer Care Officer. Miss Been acted as Claims Adjudicator on several occasions and assists the Marketing Department occasionally.

 

Ms. Been hold an Executive Diploma in Management from the University of the West Indies, Associates in Business Studies, Certificate in Administrative Corporate Secretaryship and Certificate in Introduction to Computers and is currently pursuing an MBA in Leadership and Sustainability.

 

With Ms. Been’s knowledge and understanding of the NIB benefit and adjudicating policies and procedures, we are certain she will continue to provide the necessary support for the delivery of social security benefits to contributors.
