The Turks and Caicos Islands National Insurance Board is pleased to inform the General Public that the work restrictions for insured persons accessing their retirement pension at ages 60 - 64 have been removed.

Persons wishing to receive their retirement pension between the ages of 60 – 64 may do so, while at a reduced rate and continue to work.

Any insured person who is in receipt of a retirement pension benefit and continues to be employed is no longer liable to pay contributions. The employer pays a contribution rate of 1.2% on the individual’s behalf to cover employment injury benefits only.
